2024 VW ID.4 – the electric hatchback has undergone a complete restyling and received a modernized sporty design, updated systems and technologies. The new features will definitely be noticed in comparison with the front version.

The restyled model was demonstrated 4 years after the launch of its predecessor. Illuminated brand marks on the front and stern became a striking element. The 2024 VW ID.4 features an updated bumper with smooth and expressive lines. The hood has become elongated due to recesses. Changes also affected the design of the air intake, which is equipped with noticeable curtains to direct the air flow.

The rear end received updated headlights with new brake light geometry. Speakers were added to the turn signals.

Changes have also occurred in the color scheme. The color line for the body now includes an olive green shade, which demonstrates the premium class of the 2024 VW ID.4. The roof in contrasting black color and silver trim elements are particularly eye-catching.

The manufacturer used high-quality materials for the interior. More comfortable armrests are provided on the doors. Microfiber upholstery was used for the seats. This material is used for door upholstery.

Small logos are placed on the central air vents. The dashboard features a 5.3-inch instrument cluster and a 12-inch multimedia screen. A projection screen is available as an option.

2024 VW ID.4 Technical specifications

The car is powered by a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 58 or 77 kWh. They allow you to increase the range to 426 and 546 km without recharging, respectively. The battery is paired with a 150 kW electric motor that produces 204 horsepower. The first 100 km/h can be reached in 7.3 seconds, with a top speed of 160 km/h.

A bidirectional Plug and Charge charger is provided for the 2024 model.

Safety systems

The updated ID 4 hatchback offers the entire range of safety systems and driver assistants. Thanks to V2X technology, the car interacts with modern vehicles and establishes contact with infrastructure facilities within a radius of 800 meters. The car is equipped with adaptive cruise control, lane keeping and automatic lane change, a parking assistant with a memory option and pre-announced maneuvers.
