Volkswagen introduced a special version of the T-Roc convertible crossover

Volkswagen has announced that it is accepting pre-orders for the T-Roc Cabriolet Edition Grey. This is a special version of the T-Roc Cabriolet, which was put on the assembly line in 2019. A total of 999 such cars are planned to be produced. All of them will be painted in a matte shade of Iridium Grey, complemented by black accents. Specifically, black will be painted on the rear-view mirror housings, door handles, spoiler, trim strips, nameplates and 18.0-inch Grange Hill wheels.

The Volkswagen T-Roc Cabriolet Edition Grey builds on the R-Line package, which already initially offers an expanded range of standard equipment. For the special version, however, it is augmented.

The special edition boasts matrix headlights with Dynamic Light Assist, a winter package with heated steering wheel and a rearview camera. Also in the arsenal of new items is a whole set of active safety and driver assistance systems, such as Lane Keep Assist.

In addition, for Edition Grey offered a package Edition Plus, including improved navigation, an audio system BeatsAudio, adaptive chassis, and 19.0-inch wheels Suzuka. The special T-Roc Cabriolet is equipped with a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine rated at 148 hp.

In Germany, the Edition Grey cabriolet is priced at 46,470 euros, with the Edition Plus package – 51,600 euros. Deliveries of customer cars will start in February 2023.
